Josh Harris Media ("we," "us," "our") operates joshharrismedia.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- If you use the Brand Audit tool, we collect the company name and website URL you enter.
- If you book a call via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling details directly — see their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
- If you contact us by email, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic analytics data (pages visited, time on site, general location, device/browser type) via Google Analytics, but only after you accept cookies via the consent banner.
What we do not collect:
- The Revenue Leak Calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to our servers or stored anywhere.
2. How We Use This Information
- Brand Audit submissions (company name and URL) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API in real time to generate your report. We do not store these submissions after the report is generated. See "Third-Party Services" below.
- Analytics data helps us understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve it.
- Calendly bookings are used solely to schedule and conduct the call you requested.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

We use cookies only for analytics, and only with your consent. When you first visit the Site, you'll see a banner asking you to accept or decline cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site or revisiting the consent banner.
5. Data Retention
- Brand Audit submissions: not retained. Each request is processed and discarded.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings (typically 14 months), and only if consent was given.
- Calendly data: retained per Calendly's policy and Josh's own scheduling records.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA (California) to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of analytics tracking. 7. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the most recent revision.
